Dustin Le

Hello, my name is Dustin and I have been coaching volleyball for 10+ years. I started off shagging balls for my dad during TXRV club practices and even practiced sometimes with them! I finally got my competitive volleyball start at the age of 16 with an adult team (since it was difficult and costly to find a boys team), where I played middle blocker and outside hitter. I attended Texas A&M University where I continued to play club volleyball (played various positions: middle, outside, setter) and became a player coach in my last two years. I have been the Director of Texas Resilient since 2022 and it is my mission to provide a positive club experience and teach players to be the best version of themselves on and off the court. I am excited for you to join the TXRV family!
