The Resilient Training Academy offers players a season-long opportunity to develop their skills, compete at a high level, and train consistently with the club.

Program Dates: November 10 – April 30
Practice Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 6:00–8:00 PM

Athletes will train twice a week with experienced club coaches in a structured, competitive environment. Each session will emphasize:

  • Technical skill development (serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense)

  • Game-play application through drills and scrimmages

  • Conditioning and agility training to improve strength and endurance

  • Team culture building and mental resilience

By committing to this program, players receive season-long guidance and high-quality reps designed to help them grow both individually and as teammates. The Resilient Training Academy is ideal for athletes preparing for school seasons, refining their club performance, or simply working to elevate their game.
